With that in mind, it is my sincerest pleasure to introduce co-founder and CEO of VOICES.COM, DAVID CICCARELLI to the show.

Now, as a bit of a back story, in 2003, entrepreneurs David and his wife, Stephanie, co-founded Voices.Com in Ontario Canada. Since then, this powerhouse team have gone on to build an incredible business that now has more than 500,000 registered users, more than 5000 jobs posted each month, and serves more than 160 countries around the world.

As you can imagine, David’s organization has worked with some very well-known brands, and the list is impressive. Microsoft, Shopify, History, Discover Channel, GoDaddy, Cisco, and the list goes on and on.  

As wonderful as this all sounds, this level of achievement does not happen by accident. A big part of this high-level success, comes back to solid leadership, clear vision, a well-defined strategy, nurturing a vibrant client-centric culture, and of course, raising capital. There are many moving parts to building a successful business, and as David explains, you can do it.

It was clear from the start that our conversation could have explored any area of business. On this content-rich episode, David reflected on his own journey, and revealed some powerful insights that startups can consider as they begin their entrepreneurial journey.
