On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of spending time with the founder and CEO at Uniqorn Incubator, Dom Einhorn talking about how to go about finding, assessing and selecting the right business model.

Dom’s expertise is assisting start-up entrepreneurs as well as start-up investors to find and select the right business model and/or the right start-up(s) to invest in. Dom is a serial entrepreneur with multiple start-ups exits under his belt.

Dom created the very first online art auction back in March 1996, which was acquired by one of the largest auction sites in the world five months later. Dom was also creating websites before websites were popular, and he created ‘Powerclick’, which is a digital marketing agency with 500+ advertisers as clients.

At Uniqorn, Dom and his team incubate and accelerate entrepreneur’s and start-up investors. Uniqorn are experts when it comes to the French Tech ecosystem and have successfully relocated half a dozen tech businesses from around the world to their incubator in the South West of France.

During the call, Dom shares the do’s and don’ts of start-up investing, introduces the process behind incubation and acceleration, he also talks about the process of choosing start-ups to invest in, and importantly, how to identify start-ups to avoid. Dom also shares his view on the best jurisdictions [countries and regions] in which to launch your start-up.
