On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of spending time with author of the Nonfiction Authors Association Silver Award Winning book ‘The Fix Yourself Handbook’ Mr. FAUST RUGGIERO.
To give context to today’s call, Faust is a published research author, clinical trainer, and therapist who has worked with all ages in all manner of environments, including clinics for deaf children, prisons, nursing homes, substance abuse centers, impatient facilities, and many others.
As the President of the Community Psychological Center in Bangor, Pennsylvania, Faust developed what he refers to as the Process Way of Life counselling program, which in turn, has been developed into the formal text found inside The Fix It Yourself Handbook.
During the call, Faust reflects on current day events, and shares insights into The Fix Yourself Handbook, and how it helps people of all ages, in all situations, to navigate life’s challenges.
Faust decided to write this book in the summer of 2016, and went on to develop The Process Life Program into text, so that people in need could use it to address the difficult situations affecting their lives.
Inside the handbook, you will discover The Process Way of Life’s fifty-two internal processes that will help you create a state of internal balance, and life-long happiness, along with a comprehensive list of practical steps that you can take to life a happier, healthier and fulfilled life.
