Gemma is an exercise physiologist, integrative nutrition health coach and fitness expert who has worked in the health and wellness industry since 1999. Gemma is also an entrepreneur and business coach. She is a TV presenter and public speaker as well as a published author.
Gemma's number one passion in life is her family. Her number two passion is to help women all over the world feel confident, amazing and wonderful just as they are, despite age, shape or size. Beauty is an attitude. Gemma believes that every woman needs to focus more on all the reasons she is amazing. Her writing, coaching and classes are centred on her goal to help women feel super confident and to increase self-esteem all over the world.
