Hi, and welcome to today’s episode of The My Future Business Show!

On today’s call, I had the privilege of spending quality time with Master Trainer, Seminar Leader, and International Presenter, GWEN TAYLOR.

Not only is Gwen a recognized industry leader in her field, with an impressive list of clients from all around the world, importantly, she has helped hundreds, if not thousands, of entrepreneurs leverage their highest capabilities and achieve their greatest successes.

Amongst many other things, during the call Gwen and I talk in depth about the different parts of the brain, and how understanding how each part of the brain functions can help us take pause in high pressure situations, and in turn, make better decisions in that moment. This is the essence of being emotionally intelligent – and can result in incredibly positive outcomes for you and your business.

We also explored the importance of taking time to meditate. Now, this is not some woo-woo thing, this, in fact, can be likened to the experience you get when walking, where you effectively ‘switch off’ your active brain, and instead, just be in the moment. Some of the best ideas come during meditation, and it is one of the building blocks of Gwen’s approach.

This is one of those interviews where so much more could have been explored, and I look forward to the opportunity to have Gwen back on the show to elaborate on this fascinating topic.
