On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of spending time with professional photographer, fashion model agent, and founder of Haute Ohio Magazine, Jackie Bertolette, talking about business and Haute Ohio Magazine.

Now, alongside her work with Haute Ohio Magazine, Jackie also runs three other businesses including her own design firm, where her fashions were modelled during BY Fashion week earlier this year, along with her award-winning fashion photography work and model management businesses.  

Amongst all of this, Jackie is a dedicated parent raising three children including her special needs son. Her son was born with brain infection and they thought he would not survive. With this in mind, Jackie made the decision to quit her high-powered graphic arts executive position and start her work in fashion modelling so that she could be at home with her son.

During the call, Jackie shares insights into her personal and professional life, and reveals how her family helped shape the decisions that led her to where she is today.

Importantly, Jackie and I took time out to celebrate the 5^th year anniversary of her amazing magazine Haute Ohio Magazine. Congratulations - here’s to another fruitful 5 years and beyond!
