During the call, Jennifer and I talked about the importance of finding your ‘soul language’.

Now, it’s not really for me to explain in detail what soul language means, Jennifer does that superbly during the call.

A big takeaway for me was how knowing the soul language of those who you work with, can help you break down barriers that can help you understand what your team needs from you, and in turn, what you need from them. I found this insight to be truly fascinating, and an incredibly important tool for improving workplace communications.

And it goes much deeper than that. This applies to your entire life, the ones you love, the relationships you value, and if you take the time to learn your soul language, it will pay you in spades!

Another point that I think is useful to focus on, is actually building your business for you first, and feeling good about it. This insight is worth its weight in gold.
