Hi, and welcome to the show!

Before each interview I spend time researching my guests. Normally, this is a pleasant experience.

Today, however, when I was researching, I found myself reflecting on how cruel life can be. Keeping that in mind, my next guest has experienced things that no person should ever have to endure.

With that said, I have the most wonderful privilege of introducing to the show, author of ‘Dream Big, Overcoming A Lifetime of Trauma & Abuse’ KATHY TUCCARO.

During the call, Kathy shares horrific accounts of multiple rapes starting from the age of 4, which continued into her adult years. She shares stories about domestic violence and the impact of physical and psychological trauma.

Now, Kathy’s story is not all about pain and suffering. Fortunately, it is also a story of personal power, it’s about healing, and it’s about finding the courage to make changes that resulted in the wonderful life she lives today.

Today, you will find Kathy driving a range of incredibly powerful mining vehicles, which I happen to really love. Can you imagine driving one of those beasts?! WOW!

Although this call contains some shocking stories of pain and unimaginable suffering, Kathy talks about the moment where she got to the point where enough was enough. This was the moment where Kathy’s fierce determination kicked in, and she made the decision to change her life for the better, forever. Inspirational would be an understatement!
