Today, I had a wonderful time talking with business coach KERRY WALLS.

Kerry’s background is in education, she’s a qualified psychologist and a former CEO. Over the last 20 years, Kerry has used her knowledge and experience to coach leaders towards transformational business breakthroughs.

As someone who has a strong focus on relationship building and communication, Kerry uses this skill to explore and uncover the ‘gold’ business owners have locked away inside themselves. The point to make here is that many people don’t recognize that they have unique skills and experiences that can help them achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

Once the gold has been uncovered, Kerry then helps business owners take ownership of their unique skills, and articulate the true mission and vision of the organization. This process helps team members align and take ownership of their activities, which in turn, frees up the owner to focus on higher level business building opportunities.

Another topic of conversation was on business partnerships. When people go into business with a partner, oftentimes they don’t have a conversation about how that relationship should be undertaken. This is where Kerry facilitates the conversation such that business partners can establish expectations, create an agreed mission and vision, and importantly, define key roles within the business.
