My Future Business Interview with Kinja Dixon

On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of spending time with actor, author, consultant, speaker, & most tellingly - #1 Salesperson in the world, KINJA DIXON.

Kinja has been seen on ABC7, TedX, Good Morning America, CBS, and many other media outlets.

What I love about the show, is that we deep dive into the stories behind the success, and what we learn on the call with Kinja, is that his success was earnt.

What I really enjoyed about Kinja’s experience, was that making sales is more about relationship building than making money. In fact, one of the main points that I took away from the call, was that you must first find out if you can even help your client before making any sort of an offer.

Interestingly, before achieving the above-mentioned awards, for the longest time Kinja believed he was performing at his best, when in reality, he was neglecting the four pillars of self-improvement.   

On that, Kinja and I talk about how his own lifestyle led him to a point where he had to make a decision to turn a corner in his life. Part of this process was to adopt what he refers to as the four pillars of self-improvement that not only led him to worldwide recognition for his achievements, but also helped him improve every aspect of his life.

Pillar 1 - Health.

Pillar 2 - Emotional Intelligence.

Pillar 3 - Hunger to Gain New Knowledge.

Pillar 4 - Getting Better at Your Purpose.

As a result of implementing the four pillars, Kinja was able to better control what he thought, how he related to others, what he ate, how he behaved, and how he delivered his craft. Most importantly, this ‘whole person’ perspective allows him to perform at his highest potential.
