Hi, and welcome to the show!

On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of talking with author and speaker MICHAEL BLACK.

Michael was born in Southern California and grew up with a lot of family around him. At eight years of age, his family moved to Northern California to a small town a couple of hours from the Oregon border. He lived there with his mother, brother and new stepdad in a small town with small town values.

Unfortunately, not everyone in that small town held the moral and ethical values that most of society holds, which resulted in Michael being sexually abused multiple times, beginning at the age of four.

During the call, Michael shares some very confronting experiences, most of which he suppressed for many years. That is until he found that by sharing what he’d been through, not only were his own experiences helping others in a similar situation, but he found that by telling his story, he was also able to heal himself.

The main takeaway of this call, is knowing that Michael is on a mission to help people understand that regardless of how bad the situation, they are not on their own, and that there are people that can help.

Today, through his book “Happy Endings and a New Beginning” Michael speaks openly about all of these experiences with the hope that others can find their path to peace and happiness in their own lives.
