This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally identifiable information’ (PII) is being used online and offline by My Future Business. ‘PII’ is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.

What’s A Cookie?

Clear GIFs

At times, we work with third-party service partners that employ clear GIFs (also known as pixel tags, single pixel GIFs, web beacons or action tags) for our benefit to help us measure advertising effectiveness. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of our users.

GIFs are not tied to your personally identifiable information and only track the visitor traffic and behavior whilst on our site. Clear GIFs can “work with” existing cookies on a computer if they are both from the same website or advertising company. This collected information can be shared with the advertising company. We do, at times, provide such information to our third-party advertising service partners, but that information never includes personally identifiable information.

How Does My Future Business Store, Access & Use Your Email Information?

Your email information (email address, first name) is stored at the list server that delivers our newsletters to you. Your information can only be accessed by allocated My Future Business team members and list provider assistants who on occasion, will be needed to help us manage our list in order to effectively deliver e-mail to subscribers who requested to receive our newsletters. By the Can Spam Act [the law] all My Future Business email correspondence from us to you, includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you have purchased any of My Future Business products and services, you will continue to receive e-mails related to your purchase. If you are an affiliate partner, then you will continue to receive e-mail related to the My Future Business affiliate program. 

How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’, and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
  • Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on this Privacy Policy Page and by email. Users are able to change their personal information by logging in to their account or by chatting with us or sending us a support ticket.
How Does Our Site Handle Do Not Track Signals?

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control.
