Rachel holds a BS in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, and also holds an MS in Counselling for Business, Industry and Government. Rachel has worked as HR Manager for some amazing brands including EMI Music Distribution representing 10 labels, and has attended the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

On today’s show, among many of the practical steps Rachel shares that help her clients find their purpose and passion, Rachel also talks about her own passion for singing and dancing, her GPS methodology, and how her business, Stepping Into More, offers a personalized self-discovery retreat designed to help clients achieve your personal and professional goals.

The thing that stood out for me during the call, was Rachel’s battles with her perfectionist nature that paralyzed her from pursuing her passion for singing for more than two decades. Today, Rachel embraces singing as a core way to express herself, and also enjoys daily yoga and Pilates activities, which in turn, helps her deliver outstanding results for her clients.
