With that in mind, it is my absolute pleasure to introduce creator of Bidsketch and Docsketch, RUBEN GAMEZ to the show.

In my discussion with Ruben, he shares what it was like working for someone and managing a team of people, and how it became obvious to him that this was not his preferred career path.

As the story goes, the rest is history; and the decision Ruben made to start researching problems people were experiencing, and then develop software solutions that addressed them, has resulted in two incredibly powerful SAAS products that customers use in their businesses on a daily basis.

The most interesting part of the call for me, was when Ruben talked about what it’s like to be behind the scenes during a frantic software product launch. The most important takeaway was having enough support staff as the launch period is underway.
