So, what is ‘Solo Aging’?

The definition of solo aging is simply someone who has no children or are aging alone.

As a solo ager herself, Sara lives with her husband in Santa Rosa, California.

Sara has been raising awareness of Solo Agers for more than a decade, and she believes that Solo Agers have unique needs later in life that warrant greater foresight and a more robust approach to planning.
