• NO WIFI - where possible please use a HARD-WIRED internet connection - Using WIFI can result in choppy recordings
• Reduce background noise as much as possible
• Check your set up [audio, video and environment] before the call
• Use headphones when being interviewed to remove any feedback - e.g. your voice heard twice in the recording
• Do not record whilst being interviewed. We are recording the call and you need all the bandwidth as possible for a smooth recording.
