On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of welcoming to the show, author, founder and CEO at Safe Travels Transportation, Tommy Green to talk about his entrepreneurial journey, about his book “The Top 5 Reasons to Own a Non-Emergency Medical Transport Company”, and about why this industry offers so much opportunity for entrepreneurs.

Tommy lives in sunny South Florida with many successful ventures under his belt. He started his first business in his senior year of college at Eastern Michigan University. Tommy also has a unique headwear company, CooLHeadS which sells product in nearly all 50 States and around the world.

Early on, Tommy’s 9-5 job was as a digital marketer, working with some of the biggest brands. During this time, Tommy learnt from his role as VP and Director within these top-tier organizations. Tommy then packaged most of the industry knowledge he gained during this time, and went on to create his own digital marketing company called Flash First Media.

Tommy has since started Safe Travels Consulting to help entrepreneurs tap into the non-emergency medical transportation field. Tommy stumbled into this industry when a neighbour owned a van that she used for non-emergency medical transportation. This is when Tommy did his research and learnt that the barrier to entry into this lucrative field was very low. So, without wasting any time, Tommy purchased himself a van and got started.

Using his digital marketing skills, Tommy was able to get his new company to the first page of Google search, quickly resulting in Safe Travels Transportation on of the rated non-emergency medical transportation companies in South Florida.
