There’s no doubting it, Tracy has faced many challenges along the way. However, as Tracy mentions, it’s never really the problem that gets in the way, it’s how you respond to them. The major takeaway for me was that if you want to create a successful software business, then prepare yourself for an interesting journey filled with ups and downs. That said, and as Tracy mentions, when you realize that you have a product that makes a difference, then you need to keep pushing forward with its development, because you’re not far off creating a unique product that serves your customers.
