It’s not often that I feel compelled to write about a guest as soon as the interview has finished. Today is different.

My guest today was none other than Vijay Lakshman, who is not only an incredible award winning author, he’s also responsible for the powerful Mythborn fantasy series.

Now, today’s call highlighted something profound about being an author – and that is by becoming one, you  can open up incredibly rewarding and life-changing opportunities.

And what is most telling, and probably the most important thing for entrepreneurs to remember, is that there is a tipping point at which, after persisting and working at it, will lead to amazing opportunities in your chosen path.

I really enjoyed the interactions throughout the call, and loved hearing about how Vijay hustled early on to get a foot in the door, which led to bigger and better things.

This call is much more than just about being an author, it is about business, story telling and game development with some of the biggest and brightest talents worldwide – which also happen to be some of the most prominent names in the gaming industry. I won’t name them here, just make sure to listen to the entire call.
