I thoroughly enjoyed my virtual time with Rick Nuske. He immediately puts you at ease. I liked that he had "done his homework," i.e., read up about me in advance; that he was not scripted and took the conversation in different and interesting directions.

I have encountered interviewers who have their same pre-set five questions that they will ask regardless of what you say.
